Activities and Staff

Get Busy Kids After School Club is run by Sarah Kernaghan who has previously worked in The Ark, A Cultural Centre for Children and worked with the 'Creativity in the Classroom' team in inner city Dublin schools. She graduated from Crawford College of Art and Design as an artist and a secondary school art teacher.

We were (and still are) lucky to enjoy the great skills brought by our staff members -Shanna Winstanley, Kathy Hazell, Sandra Fromm and Pat Ivory.

Get Busy Kids endeavours to employ highly skilled and experienced facilitators to bring specialised activities to the children attending the club. Over the years we have had brilliant providers of Drama (Anne Keatings), Playball (Aran Davies), Basketball (Jay Brewer), Irish Dancing (Janice White), Music/Singing (Peter Brooke-Tyrrell), Story-telling (Catherine Boothman), Chinese (Evan Furlong), Art (Genevieve Harden), Modern dance (Becky O'Brien) and German (Sandra Fromm).
